Job Description

  • Handling Inbound Customer calls (Domestic process)
  • Catering to customer queries, requests through Calls (Voice Process).
  • Escalate unresolved customer requests, pass on grievances to higher departments for further investigation and clarification.
  • Always choosing the best solution to solve a problem; rectifying, adjusting and also following up to ensure proper resolution.
  • Any other jobs assigned from time to time.


  • Should have Excellent communication (English, Tamil , Telugu & Hindi).
  • Telugu & Hindi is must.
